Thank you for visiting and shopping at zozzo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays or Sundays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines
Because we source our global goods directly from overseas suppliers to keep costs low, your items may take slightly longer to arrive.

Note: These timelines are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance, local courier bottlenecks, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges - free delivery

Prepaid Orders: We offer 10% discount on all prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking).

Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is available at checkout, there is no discount
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification Policy
To prevent fraudulent orders and failed deliveries (RTO):

Every COD order requires mandatory verification via an automated WhatsApp message or phone call before dispatch.

Unverified COD orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.

Repeated refusal of COD packages at your doorstep will result in a permanent ban from using COD services on our platform in the future.
5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees), you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking Number.

You can track your package directly through our website tracking page or the courier’s portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Customs and Import Duties

Since products are fulfilled from global warehouses, the price you pay at checkout covers standard shipping to India.

In rare instances, customs inspection or import clearance fees may be levied by Indian Customs at the port of entry. Any such unexpected charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Non-Delivery

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address (including Pincode) and an active phone number.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient details, or failure to collect the package after multiple delivery attempts by the courier, a reshipping fee will be applied to send the item again.
