ZOZZO – TERMS OF SERVICE

By using the Zozzo website and purchasing our products, you agree to follow and be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. General Conditions

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to buy from us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities purchased by any individual at our discretion.

2. Products, Pricing, and Payments

  • We strive to display product colors and images accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing changes.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept standard prepaid payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking). If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, you agree to complete the mandatory verification step before dispatch.

3. Shipping and Order Fulfillment

  • Zozzo works with global fulfillment partners. Because items are sourced internationally, shipping timelines can take 7 to 18 business days depending on your location in India.

  • Once an order is processed and passed to our delivery partners, it cannot be canceled, redirected, or modified.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • Our return policies are strictly governed by our standalone Refund Policy.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse (e.g., changing your mind).

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Zozzo provides products "as is" from suppliers. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products purchased through us.

  • In any event, our maximum liability to you is strictly limited to the purchase amount of the product you ordered.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zozzo and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or reproduce any part of this site without our permission.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any transactions made through this store are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our registered city.
